Your shipment may be unregulated

Are you sure?

If you are researching the shipment of dangerous goods EH&S is available to answer any questions you may have. If you are unsure if your material is regulated, please call EH&S to confirm that your material does not fit into the definition of any hazard class.  Please remember that the individual signing the shipping documents is ultimately responsible for the shipment and the individual, along with anyone else involved in the process, must be trained. Penalties for non-compliance are significant and the following penalties can be imposed: Up to $250,000 and a year in jail for individuals and up to $500,000 per incident for the University.
